Is the quote builder really free?
Yes. Calculate as many quotes as you need, save them in this browser, and print proposals. The optional $149 service customizes the experience for your business.
Where do my quotes go?
Drafts, service templates, and saved quotes stay in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our server. Export individual quotes or back up your whole library, then import the file on another device. Clearing browser data removes local records. Setup requests are sent to Third Level IT to handle your inquiry.
Does this include taxes or accounting?
You can enter a tax rate and discount. Tax applies to the full subtotal after discount; it is excluded from estimated profit. We do not determine taxability, jurisdiction, or rates. Confirm the right treatment for your work. This is an estimating tool, not an accounting system.
Can my team use it?
This first version is designed for one person on one device. Team accounts, shared quotes, automatic invoicing, and payment reconciliation are not included in the free builder.
